We believe that God’s Word, the Bible, is sufficient to resolve life’s most challenging situations and questions. We understand that there are times in life where you just need a helping hand. In fact, many people are doing very well in some parts of their life while struggling in others.
Now might be the time when you need someone to come alongside and encourage you from the Bible. All our difficulties may not evaporate. However, when a person willingly submits to God's instructions and clings to His promises there is hope and help.
Our counseling services can be provided in-person or online.
Most counseling sessions take around one hour. Here's what you can expect during that time:
Our staff will care for you and treat you with respect. Everything will be held in strict confidence except where, in the counselor's judgement, there is a Biblical and legal requirement to involve others (e.g. criminal activity).
Our staff will encourage you in your successes and exhort you to think and behave in a way that pleases Jesus Christ.
We'll assign you homework between your weekly counseling sessions. The assignments are meant to encourage lasting change.
Habits are not developed overnight, and new habits will take time to develop. In most cases, we ask individuals to commit to regular counseling appointments for a period of two to three months.

Once a weekly appointment has been set up, please be on time to each session and do not cancel appointments unless it is an absolute emergency. Please bring your Bible to the counseling sessions. If you do not own one, please let us know!
At New Life Counseling, the first session is $75. Every session thereafter is $50. If you are in the midst of a financial crisis, please let us know, and we will consider granting a scholarship.
